How Sobreo is Made
Sobreo mixers are made using organics herbs, roots, spices, fungi, bark and more from around the world. Over 30 of these botanicals are used per flavor, each has a different maceration points, therefore we individually macerated each botanical for 60 to120 days before blended them together. The botanicals are then refined 12 times before being mixed with French or American oak. Our oak is seasoned for 36 months and either toasted or charred before being added to the mixture. Sobreo's water is sourced from the Bow Glacier high up in the Rocky Mountains. The end product is then mixed, left to rest for a week, racked off, and bottled.
